To all concerned:

Please note the following:

  1. We will provide an up-front good faith estimate for repairs.
  2. We will use whatever quality part you (the customer) request. This will have a positive/negative impact on the warranty.
  3. We will extend NO MORE THAN ONE HOUR of our time administratively working with third parties. Any time exceeding one hour will be billed at the current labor rate.
  4. Our fees are not dictates by any outside company or persons.
  5. The customer/signatory on the repair order/invoice is responsible for the invoice in its entirety (AKA “the bill).
  6. The vehicle will not be released until the invoice (bill) is paid in full.
  7. NO EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY HAS EVER PAID THE ENTIRE BILL. PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM TO UNDERSTAND YOUR OBLIGATIONS… They ALL have caveats (stipulations) on what they do not pay for.
